LIVING AREA

 

Set in its own private garden just 50m from the beach at Green Bay and views out to Samson Hill,  Victory is our family orientated property with modern  crisp & clean functional spaces and a large open plan lounge/Kitchen/Dining Space for gathering after a long day at the beach!  

Patio doors open onto a large decked patio area with outside furniture for catching those rays beneath the large palm tree.

Facilities include :  Large L Shaped Sofa, High speed broadband, Flat Screen TV with Fully Sky Television including Films & Sport Channels, Wii player & Alexa Audio System with bluetooth connectivity, board games & books.

 

EATING

The kitchen contains a double oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and a full range of modern cookware, crockery, glassware & utensils.  There is a large antique table which comfortably seats 5. (high chair can be provided if required).

SLEEPING

​

Victory comfortably sleeps 5 people in 3 bedrooms. 2 x king sized rooms, 1 with zip and link twin beds if needed to separate plus a small single room.  All good quality bed linen provided.

BATHROOM

 

There is a modern shower room with toasty heated floors, WC, Basin with storage, shaver point and adjustable heated towel rail.

1 bath Towel & Head towel per person are provided.  Please bring your own beach towels if needed.

OUTSIDE AREA

​

Victory has it's own private garden and large decking area with views to Samson Hill.  A bamboo framed path leads to the beach at Green Bay just 50 yards away.

Patio Furniture plus 2 sun loungers with cushions are provided
